This is a prime opportunity for members who provide products and services to businesses to get in front of local business decision makers at the Howell Area Chamber of Commerce Business to Business Expo. Exhibitor opportunities are exclusive to only 48 Howell Chamber members, but the Expo will be publicly promoted to all local businesses and their decision makers.  Exhibitors are asked to be prepared to answer questions, offer service information, product details and be ready to be hired by local companies.

  • Exhibitor table (2 ½’ X 5’) skirted in linen (space is limited, but does allow for a pull-up banner or floor banner)
  • Opportunity to provide 300 of your business’ advertising specialty items for a goodie bag given to attendees (limited to the first 20 registered exhibitors). Please note, items are subject to approval
  • Complimentary light refreshments and beverages throughout the day
  • Set up begins at 6:45am and must be complete by 8:45am.
  • Exhibits must be manned and open from 9am-11:30am.



  • Will be promoted as top sponsor(s) in Expo marketing, in information sent out via ChamberAdvantage and chamber broadcasts, on the chamber’s home page, in press releases, on the chamber’s website information for the Expo and in all marketing materials going forward, with your business logo displayed
  • Will receive a display area with premium placement in the show
  • Receives all of the options that an exhibitor has, included with your sponsorship fee, including admission to Good Morning Livingston
  • Premier Event Sponsor is limited to two companies



Goodie Bag, Refreshment and Booth Contest

  • Promotion as a supporting sponsor(s) in Expo marketing going forward
  • Will receive a display area in the show
  • Receives all options that a vendor has, included with sponsorship fee, including admission to Good Morning Livingston
  • First-come, first-served

Supporting Sponsorship descriptions:

Goodie Bag Sponsor – Business to provide 300 goodie bags for the front door, for guests to gather items from exhibitors.

Refreshment Sponsor – your company recognized for providing complimentary soft beverages and light refreshments to exhibitors and show attendees.

Booth Contest Sponsor – your company recognized for providing a restaurant certificate to a chamber member restaurant to the vendor that has the best use of small space to represent their business.  Chamber will purchase and give to winner in your name.


Prize Package participation opportunity is for all Expo exhibitors, sponsors and attendees:

All chamber members that are exhibitors, sponsors and attendees of the Expo have the opportunity to participate in our drawing prize package and gain additional recognition for their company.

Examples of items desired are $25 value or higher ChamberCash Gift Certificates; $25 value or higher gift cards to chamber member restaurants, retailers, car washes, oil changes, or other items that most people use on a regular basis. Items with a $25 or higher value that have a general appeal, like gift baskets from your member business or another member business, etc., will be accepted.  If you have questions on desired items, please contact the chamber.
