Michigan Challenge Balloonfest Announces New Gated Entry

Guests to the Michigan Challenge Balloonfest, June 28-30 at the Howell High School complex, will pay a per person entry fee instead of a parking fee this year. The change was implemented in an effort to offset increased event expenses.

Entry to the event will be $5 per person per day. Children three years old and under will be admitted free. Parking will be free. A limited number of weekend wristbands will be available for $10 per person at the Howell Area Chamber of Commerce located at 123 E. Washington St. while supplies last. Weekend wristbands will be available for purchase soon. The date will be announced on the Michigan Challenge Balloonfest facebook page.

“Making the change was not an easy decision,” said Michelle Tokan, Michigan Challenge Director.  “We have kept admission affordable for families and are asking for support of this change and understanding.”

In addition to the discounted weekend entry fee, Wade Shows is offering special pricing on online carnival wristband sales of only $15 each until May. 13. https://www.wadeshows.com/event-details.asp?eventID=68
