Lunch & Learn – Save yourself from Scams – April 17

Detective Sergeant Gary Childers from the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department will be presenting on fraud, scams, and cybersecurity.  The presentation will identify current trends in fraud and scams along with the role technology and cybersecurity play in these crimes.  Detective Sergeant Childers will arm the audience with information on how to avoid becoming a victim of these crimes and what to do if you do become a victim.

Lunch & Learn will present a special law enforcement series in the months of April, May, and June. The cost is $20 per program, or attend all three for the discounted price of $50. Lunch and materials are included. Lunch & Learn is a program of the Howell Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation.

Dunn will be present information on keeping your home and business crime free and secure.
June Presenters: Livingston County Sheriff Mike Murphy, Howell Police Chief George Basar, and Livingston County Prosecuting Attorney William Vailliencourt
Will be holding a question and answer session.  It’s your chance to have your questions answered by the top law enforcement professionals in the area.
