Warbirds of Glory Museum offers free Youth CAD Class

Warbirds of Glory Museum is offering a Youth CAD Design class, now open for enrollment. This SolidWorks CAD training is free of charge to students ages 14 to 23. Conducted in a classroom setting in Brighton MI, a volunteer from the aerospace industry will teach the students the essential basics of 3D CAD design using SolidWorks. We use actual B-25 drawings & parts for our training.

Class is every Saturday in February (3, 10, 17, 24) from 9am to 3pm.

Please pass this to students in the Brighton area that might be interested. www.warbirdsofglory.org/CADClassDetails.asp Must apply by Jan 25.

There is such demand for our mentorship training that this is our second time offering this class. We plan to do this twice a year. These are pictures from our first class.

Our museum is restoring a WWII B-25 Mitchell bomber while mentoring youth in trade skills, workshop disciplines and being a good citizen. Over 30 youth have participated in our mentorship programs over the past five years. We have an incredible story and our impact on the community is noteworthy.

We are a 501c3 charity and would appreciate any kind support you can provide.
